When Will I?

Day to day the question is always asked when will I____?....and you can fill in the blank with what you've been desiring, for me mine was when will I graduate or when will I become more financially stable. These thoughts arise because sometimes you get tired of waiting and want what you want NOW. It doesn't work that way sadly, as if we had our own genie in the bottle 😂. The best thing to do in your time of waiting is try not to focus on the desire heavily (don't forget about it though🤦‍♀️ ) because trust me you will drive yourself crazy, especially if someone got what you wanted before you.
 I simply look at the good in my time of waiting, and understand it's a reason behind it. So let's check out my backstory behind this, I graduated high school in 2013 and I remember being upset at the fact I was attending a community college while my friends were leaving attending universities. I held that anger in being upset at myself wondering why things were not happening for me. I was comparing myself, when the whole time I still was grateful to go to college. Sidenote: College isn't the only way to success.
 Later, I started to realize it was a great decision attending a community college because I saved so much money in the long run. Fast forward to 2017 finally I was graduating from the community college, but downplayed my success as if it wasn't an accomplishment still holding things in, and on the day of I actually was proud of myself that I even got that far. Now finally in 2019 I will be graduating with my bachelors of communications in the fall, and it's been a journey. All that to say during these 6 years I asked several times when will I....and because of my journey I have a story to tell. So if you've been waiting and wondering when will I find love,  get a new job, lose weight, whatever it may be, just know it's coming and the one day it will, it's like it will fall in your lap and make sense. I'm still waiting on my new car, but all I can do is have patience and diligence. So listen things come at the right time, even if it's years from now because it's definitely not a race. Oh by the way I will make an extra special blog post about my graduation which will be in December 2019, I know that's a while from now, but hey I'm excited!
