Take Care of Your Self Care

Today's post will be transparent, beneficial, and short but sweet. Once the semester starts I go in a frenzy, and here comes my anxiety in which I hate. The big thing for me is I have a internship coming up in which I am excited for, but nervous at the same time. So that all starts working up my anxiety even more which is not good.The problem is I overthink situations, and make them bigger than they are. That's a problem I think we all have, and once we get through the challenge we have to face it and it won't be as bad. During all this I realized I need ME time in my schedule. I don't literally write in every time I can have me time, but I look at where I have gaps in my day or at the end of the day when I whine down is usually perfect. I then spotted a dope app called "Sanity and Self" which is the MOST DOPE APP EVER!  It literally has podcast on several topics that are helpful for anything you are going through, yoga, meditation, and journal entry reflection time which is private. Also, if you are forgetful on setting up time for yourself, it is an alarm that you set, and will let you know when. I usually use the app in the morning if I have time or in the evening before bed. I am not getting paid to advertise for the app "Sanity and Self", but it is helpful so I hope you download it. Lastly, anything can help you take care of yourself just by running a relaxing bath or watching a comedic movie. Just find time for you and take care of your well being!
