To be a Boss.... you gotta take some Loss

So I am sure you want to succeed, and call yourself a boss,but are you putting in the work. It takes determination, and power to get to each level to one day call  yourself a boss. Now, to get to the boss status, you have to start from rock bottom, and actually that's the best foundation to have. I feel you have to learn how to make it, to know what it takes to be something. I am at a place where I am building the foundation, but it takes so long to get to the higher ground where you get discouraged. I have been discouraged, but it takes power and strength to get out of those thoughts, and keep building. I see it as I am my brand, and every brand needs work, so I work on my brand until I feel it's efficient. During this time of building, hard work, and determination their will be bumps, fails, and several loss until you have reached the top, the hard part is to keep pushing during this time, because that's when negativity enters your space. I am pushing now, but it takes everything in me to stay focused and not fall off. I truly stay in prayer, because it truly changes things (I know everyone says that, but it's true). I received so much inspiration at the Blogger Bash an event Femology hosted, which helped me realize I am not alone, it was several who were aspiring to be a successful blogger. Then, to see so many lady bosses doing so well as a full time blogger gave me hope. Just know you are not alone, and it's good to talk to someone such as a life coach to put things in perspective, go to events pertaining your skill, and even just a close friend can give you guidance. So be that BOSS, take those falls, but keep climbing while you at it.
